All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-9 business days for most destinations. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather. We appreciate your patience.

## Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference.

We will issue a refund or replacement only if your item arrives damaged, defective, malfunctioning, or with missing items.

## 30-Day Guarantee

If something is wrong with your order, here is how to get it resolved:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address].
2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Attach a clear photo or video showing the damage, defect, or missing item.

Claims without photo or video proof cannot be processed. Claims submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible.

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days.

## What Is Not Covered

- Normal handmade variation (slight color differences, unique placement of flowers or mushrooms, minor asymmetry)
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, water exposure, misuse)
- Change of mind or personal preference
