How Long Will Shipping Take? All orders are handmade, so they require time for crafting. Shipping times depend on the size, quantity, and complexity of the design. Most orders shipped and delivered within 8-15 business days (Monday through Friday). We appreciate your patience, Since we are a small team with a queue of orders, processing time is affected. Please be aware that during peak holiday seasons, delivery may take longer due to high shipping volumes with the carrier, which is outside our control.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is complete and shipped, the tracking number will be provided, and you should receive a notification with your tracking details. This will allow you to track your order as it makes its way to you.
Customs Duties & Taxes Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs on our website and are solely the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these fees does not constitute a valid reason for refusing or returning the order, as these charges are beyond our control. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages Please provide an accurate and complete address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, additional shipping costs will apply for reshipping the item. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages in such cases.
